Check out this custom race bike built by Chad Clemen.
Here’s what Chad has to say about the build: “Its a 2011 Honda 450 frame with a custom fabricated engine cradle and mounts to accept a 2011 KTM 250sx powerplant. We wanted to run production based Showa suspension so we used a shock from the CRF250 (the 450 comes with KYB suspension) and the fork is the SFF Showa from a 2011 Kawasaki 250 (the first bike to use the SFF technology that many models now are equipped with in 2013) All of the suspension was custom valved and set up by MB1 for the weight of the bike and the rider and DLC coatings were applied to some of the suspension parts and pivots as well.”
We at RaceTech Titanium appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this amazing custom bike. Check out a full line of our CRF450R & KTM 250SXF Titanium Bolts at www.RaceTechTitanium.com.
