RETURNS

Please call (618) 307-5637 for an RA (return authorization) number within 7 days of receipt and follow the procedures below:

  • All returns must have an RA number to be accepted. The RA number must be noted on the return form which can be downloaded here: (Link to PDF return form)
  • Returns or exchanges may only be sent with prior authorization from RaceTech Titanium. No action will be taken until the goods have been examined by RaceTech Titanium.
  • Make sure you pack in accordance with the carrier’s requirements. RaceTech Titanium is not responsible for damaged packages.
  • We do not accept any liability for incorrect parts ordered.
  • If the mistake is ours, RaceTech Titanium will send you the correct parts.
  • The purchaser is responsible for any return postage incurred.
  • All goods must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.
  • A 25% restocking or cancellation fee applies to all orders.
  • Refunds will be given in 14 days of receipt of parts or you may have a store credit with No fees.
  • Items that have been modified, installed, or otherwise rendered not saleable cannot be returned, no exceptions. If you try to return used parts RaceTech Titanium will not accept them and you will be responsible for any additional shipping.
